by Barbara

Lionsgate has announced that the first trailer for “Ballerina,” the highly anticipated female-led spinoff of the “John Wick” franchise, will debut online tomorrow. The studio teased the release today, generating excitement among fans.

Originally filmed nearly two years ago, “Ballerina” was intended for a theatrical release in June 2023. However, the film’s premiere has been postponed to mid-2025 to allow for the completion of additional action sequences and reshoots. Chad Stahelski, who has overseen the franchise, is collaborating with director Len Wiseman to ensure these sequences meet the high standards set by the series.
