Lionsgate is currently in development on a TV spinoff of the popular “John Wick” film franchise. Titled “John Wick: Under the High Table,” the series will serve as a sequel to the films and will be produced for television.
The new series will follow the continuing adventures of the titular character, played by Keanu Reeves, as he navigates the complex world of assassins and hitmen. The “High Table” of the title refers to the mysterious organization that controls the world’s assassins, and which Wick has had numerous run-ins with over the course of the films.
Fans of the “John Wick” franchise will no doubt be excited to see the story continue on the small screen, and Lionsgate is sure to capitalize on the success of the films with this new spinoff series. Stay tuned for more updates on “John Wick: Under the High Table.”
