The 94-year-old Clint Eastwood makes a comeback. His legal thriller “Juror No. 2” is set to be released in limited theaters in North America on November 1 this year.
Nicholas Hoult, Toni Collette, Zoey Deutch, Kiefer Sutherland, Gabriel Basso, Leslie Bibb, and Chris Messina join the cast. Jonathan Abrams is the screenwriter. The film tells the story of Justin (played by Nicholas Hoult), a member of the jury in a murder case, who suspects that he is actually the murderer of this case and falls into a moral dilemma: Should he use his juror status to deceive others and protect himself, or surrender himself to the legal system he is participating in?
This may be Eastwood’s last directorial work. In the future, he may continue to act in or produce other films.
