The vampire-themed action/horror/thriller film “Sinners,” starring Michael B. Jordan and directed by Ryan Coogler, has released its first trailer. Jordan plays a pair of twins who encounter a “demon” even more terrifying than various bizarre deaths…
This film marks the reunion of Jordan and Coogler after “Black Panther,” “Creed,” and “Fruitvale Station.” Set in the 1930s, a pair of twin brothers attempt to leave behind their unpleasant past and return to their hometown in the American South to start anew, only to discover an even more terrifying evil force lurking there.
Hailee Steinfeld, Wunmi Mosaku, Delroy Lindo, Jack O’Connell, and Li Jun Li also star. Coogler’s longtime collaborator Ludwig Göransson continues to compose the score, and Autumn Durald (who worked on “Black Panther 2” and “Loki”) is the cinematographer. The film is shot with IMAX cameras and is set to be released in North America on March 7, 2025.
