‘A Complete Unknown’ Biopic of Bob Dylan Unveils Final Trailer

The Bob Dylan biopic “A Complete Unknown”, directed by James Mangold (“The Wolverine 3”) and with Bob Dylan as an executive producer, has revealed its ultimate trailer. Starring Timothy Chalamet as the young Bob Dylan, along with Elle Fanning, Boyd Holbrook, and Edward Norton, among others, the film is based on a screenplay by James Mangold and Jay Cox that draws from “The Lightning of Dylan”.

Set in early 1960s New York, the movie depicts how the young Dylan uses his music to instigate a “folk upheaval”. It also delves into his love triangle with Sylvie Russell (Elle Fanning) and Joan Baez (Monica Barbaro). The film was released in North America on 25 December and will in the UK on 27 January 2025.
