A key update from film correspondent Rajasekar, shared via X, revealed that the Vidaamuyarchi team is awaiting a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the original producers. Once this issue is resolved, the trailer will be launched alongside an official release date announcement.
Vidaamuyarchi tells the gripping story of a married couple whose peaceful trip takes a dark turn when the wife goes missing. The husband embarks on a relentless search to find her, overcoming numerous obstacles. There are also reports suggesting the film’s narrative draws inspiration from the 1997 Hollywood thriller Breakdown, directed by Jonathan Mostow.
