The much-anticipated Russian horror film The Demoness has released its chilling trailer, offering a glimpse into a dark and twisted tale. The film follows an ancient spirit that takes on a human form, feeding off fear and exposing the darkness within those it encounters.
In the movie, an exclusive couples’ retreat on an erotic island promises to rekindle passion. However, things take a terrifying turn when Stacy and her boyfriend arrive, only to have their intimate getaway interrupted by a malevolent entity that thrives on their pain.
Directed by Serik Beyseu (Project Gemini), The Demoness brings to life a screenplay crafted by Dmitriy Zhigalov and Oleg Kurochkin, both of whom were also involved in Project Gemini.
The film boasts a talented cast, including Angelina Pakhomova, Victor Mikhaylov, Anton Rival, Polina Davydova, Paulina Vrublevska, Pierre Bourel, Nino Ninidze, Arthur Beschastny, Ksenia Pikalova, and Vasiliy Evseev.
The Demoness will be available for digital release on February 11 through Well Go USA, with Blu-ray and DVD versions slated for release on May 27, exclusively through Amazon.
