Will Ben affleck be in the Flash

by Barbara

The upcoming DC Comics film, “The Flash,” has generated a lot of buzz since it was announced. The movie is set to introduce the concept of the multiverse, which means that different versions of the same characters from different universes can exist simultaneously. Fans are eagerly anticipating the film’s release, and one of the biggest questions on everyone’s minds is whether Ben Affleck will reprise his role as Batman in the movie.

Ben Affleck played Batman in the 2016 film “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” as well as in 2017’s “Justice League.” However, it was widely reported that he was stepping away from the role after “Justice League” due to personal reasons. Since then, there have been conflicting reports about whether he would return to the role for “The Flash.”

In early 2021, it was reported that Affleck had signed on to appear in the film. This was a welcome surprise for fans of the actor and the character, who were disappointed when he announced he was leaving the role. Affleck’s involvement in the film would also help to tie the DC universe together, as it would confirm that the events of “Batman v Superman” and “Justice League” are still canon.

In addition to Affleck, Michael Keaton is also set to reprise his role as Batman in “The Flash.” Keaton played the character in the 1989 film “Batman” and its 1992 sequel, “Batman Returns.” His inclusion in the film has further fueled speculation that “The Flash” will explore the multiverse concept.

However, it should be noted that neither Affleck nor Keaton’s involvement in the film has been officially confirmed by Warner Bros. or DC. While there have been reports and rumors, nothing has been confirmed yet. This means that it’s still possible that Affleck won’t appear in the movie, or that his role will be smaller than expected.

Regardless of whether Affleck appears in the film, “The Flash” is shaping up to be a major event in the DC universe. The multiverse concept has enormous potential for storytelling, and it will be exciting to see how it plays out on the big screen. Whether or not Ben Affleck is involved, fans are sure to be in for a treat when “The Flash” hits theaters in 2022.
