Beyond his musical career, Sasaki was also an accomplished architect and urban planner. He is survived by his wife, Mariana, whom he had married just 11 months prior to the tragedy.

Colleagues and friends remember Sasaki as a remarkably talented performer with a deep passion for music. Adriano Freitas, a fellow musician and friend, shared heartfelt memories, stating, “He was a super charismatic guy, the best singer and guitarist in Belem. A great friend, family-oriented, and attentive to those who appreciated his work.”

Sasaki was affectionately known as the “king of encores,” having famously played for 12 hours straight during one performance. Comedian Natto Almeida reflected on his character, saying, “What will stand out about Sasaki is his good heart and politeness. That will be the lasting mark he leaves behind.”

This tragic event has left a deep impact on the community, as friends and fans mourn the loss of a beloved artist.
