French musician SenSey’, acclaimed for his distinctive mix of Zouk, Kompa, and R&B, is set to make his Kigali debut at the second edition of the ‘Tuna Taka Ku Enjoy’ show. The highly anticipated event will take place on August 3 at the Mundi Center in Rwanda’s capital.
Organized by Hottempah Collective, a prominent music and events company known for orchestrating some of Kigali’s most notable parties, the show marks SenSey’s first performance in the city. Hottempah Collective has been instrumental in shaping Kigali’s entertainment landscape and celebrating its second anniversary with this special event.
Eric Habineza, a key organizer of the show, expressed enthusiasm about the event’s significance. “The return of Tuna Taka Ku Enjoy aligns with our goal of celebrating Hottempah Collective’s two years in Rwanda. We aim to continue offering unique and memorable experiences to Kigali’s vibrant party scene,” Habineza told The New Times.
The inaugural Tuna Taka Ku Enjoy event last year featured Ugandan artists Joshua Baraka and Zagazillions, setting a high standard for this year’s festivities.
Habineza elaborated on the choice of SenSey’ for this year’s lineup, citing his previous success at Hottempah events as a decisive factor. “SenSey’ is an artist whose music has resonated strongly with our audience at past events. His performance is expected to create a significant buzz in Kigali, and we are excited to host him and his team,” he said.
