Dead by Daylight, renowned for featuring iconic horror characters, is set to expand its roster with a collaboration featuring the infamous Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise. Behaviour Interactive, the developers behind the popular survival horror game, announced this upcoming crossover on August 5 through the Dead by Daylight X account. The collaboration is slated for release in the summer of 2025.
While specific details about the collaboration remain undisclosed, fans are eagerly anticipating the inclusion of Freddy Fazbear, a central figure in the Five Nights at Freddy’s series. The recent success of the Blumhouse film adaptation of Five Nights at Freddy’s has bolstered the franchise’s popularity, setting high expectations for this crossover.
The announcement addresses the speculation surrounding a gaming collaboration hinted at by Scott Games. Contrary to earlier rumors linking the crossover to Fortnite, it has now been confirmed that the partnership is with Dead by Daylight.
