Rising pop star King, known for his record-breaking hits and dynamic performances, has announced his inaugural tour of Australia and New Zealand. The tour, slated for November, will showcase the New Delhi-based artist’s electrifying live shows in a series of highly anticipated performances.
King will be joined on this tour by Tricksingh, an emerging force in Punjabi music. Tricksingh, also known as Tirath Sandhu, is celebrated for blending traditional Punjabi elements with international influences, offering a unique sound that is both culturally rich and globally appealing.

Friday, November 22: Corner Hotel, Melbourne
Sunday, November 24: Metro Theatre, Sydney
Wednesday, November 27: Tuning Fork, Auckland
King’s ascent in the Indian pop music scene has been nothing short of meteoric. In just under three years, he has achieved significant milestones, including a debut on the Cannes red carpet in 2024 and a spot on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Asia list. His tracks, including the modern romantic ballad “Maan Meri Jaan” and the chart-topping “Afterlife” with Nick Jonas, have set streaming records on platforms like Spotify.
King’s debut album, The Carnival (2020), featured the hit single “Tu Aake Dekhle,” which has amassed over 900 million streams. His subsequent album, Champagne Talk, not only topped the YouTube Music Global Top 50 and the Spotify Global Top 50 but also featured the blockbuster single “Maan Meri Jaan,” which has surpassed 1 billion streams and was named Spotify India’s #1 song of 2023.
His latest project, New Life (October 2023), delved into a wider range of emotional themes and featured collaborations with international artists including Nick Jonas, Julia Michaels, and Jason Derulo. King’s upcoming project, Monopoly M0ves, promises to showcase prominent names in Indian hip hop.
In addition to his Australian and New Zealand tour, King is preparing for international tours across the US, Canada, and the UK, further cementing his position as a global pop powerhouse.
Tricksingh, recognized for his innovative approach to Punjabi music, has made significant strides in his career, including an appearance on Rolling Stone’s ‘Future of Music’ list and winning ‘Debut Artist of the Year.’ His first international tour sold out swiftly, highlighting his growing influence in the music industry.
