The third trailer for A24’s highly anticipated horror film Heretic has been released, offering viewers a glimpse into the terrifying narrative that unfolds within its walls. The preview features two young missionaries who find themselves in a perilous situation as they attempt to escape a house they should never have entered.
The official synopsis describes the film’s chilling premise: “Two young missionaries become ensnared in a deadly game of cat and mouse when they knock on the door of the diabolical Mr. Reed. Trapped in his home, they must turn to their faith if they want to make it out alive.”
Heretic is the brainchild of writers and directors Scott Beck and Bryan Woods, known for their work in the horror genre. The film boasts a talented cast, including Hugh Grant, Sophie Thatcher, and Chloe East.
Heretic is set to hit theaters on November 8th.
