Chris Hemsworth, also known as “Thor” in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, was spotted on the set of his upcoming film “Crime 101” in Los Angeles on October 23. Hemsworth was filming a scene where his character is seen robbing a store at gunpoint. Mark Ruffalo and Corey Hawkins, who co-star in the film, were also seen on set.
Based on the novella of the same name by Don Winslow, “Crime 101” tells the story of a series of high-end jewelry heists along the Pacific coast that have gone unsolved for years, largely due to the fact that the criminals strictly adhere to their own set of rules, known as “Crime 101.” The police blame the crimes on a Colombian drug cartel, but detective Lou Lubesnick has a hunch that it’s the work of one individual. He sets his sights on a notorious jewel thief who is looking for one last big score and is willing to break all the rules of “Crime 101.”
Directed by Bart Layton and co-written by Peter Straughan, “Crime 101” is being produced by Amazon/MGM. Hemsworth’s performance as a suave and dangerous thief is sure to be a highlight of the film, which promises to be a thrilling and suspenseful crime thriller.
As more details about “Crime 101” are revealed, fans of Hemsworth and the crime genre alike are eagerly anticipating its release.
