The movie “Muromachi Rogue”, which features Hiroshi Oizumi in a leading role, has unveiled a preview. Based on a novel of the same name, the film’s narrative unfolds in Japan’s Muromachi shogunate era, right on the eve of the Yingren rebellion. It delves into the story of the first samurai class that initiated an uprising during that time, along with the “rogues” gathered under their command. The story is centered around the intense power struggles and battles that ensued.
It’s reported that “Muromachi Rogue” is written and directed by Irie, known for works like “Confessions after 22 Years” and “We Are All Superpowers”. Besides Oizumi Hiroshi, the film also stars Kento Nagao and Wakana Matsumoto. It is slated for release in Japan on January 17, and fans are surely looking forward to seeing this historical action-packed movie on the big screen.
