Netflix has dropped the official trailer for its highly anticipated animated feature, The Witcher: Sirens of the Deep, marking the latest addition to The Witcher universe. The upcoming movie promises to bring fans a thrilling new chapter in the story of Geralt of Rivia.
In this animated adventure, Geralt, the seasoned monster hunter, is called upon to investigate a series of mysterious attacks on a coastal village. However, his investigation uncovers a deep-rooted conflict between humans and merpeople, one that has been brewing for centuries. With tensions escalating, Geralt must rely on both old allies and new faces to prevent a full-scale war from erupting.
Doug Cockle, the voice of Geralt in The Witcher video game series, returns to portray the iconic character. Fans of the live-action series will recognize Joey Batey as Jaskier and Anya Chalotra as Yennefer of Vengerberg, reprising their roles. Newcomer Christina Wren will introduce the character Essi Daven, further expanding the universe.
