Decal Releasing has unveiled the official trailer for Fog of War, a gripping WWII thriller set to be available for digital rental or purchase on April 4. The film, which stars John Cusack, immerses audiences in a high-stakes drama as the backdrop of World War II unfolds.
The trailer introduces the character of Gene, an American pilot who, after sustaining injuries, is assigned to a critical covert mission. The operation forces Gene to deceive his fiancée, Penny, who is under suspicion of being a Nazi spy. The military has uncovered troubling intelligence about her, adding a layer of tension to their relationship. Alongside Cusack, the film features a notable cast, including Jake Abel, Brianna Hildebrand, Géza Röhrig, Mira Sorvino, David B. Meadows, Sal Rendino, David Gere, Julia Ebner, Chris Maher, and Greg Nutcher.
Directed by Michael Day and written by Luke Langsdale, Fog of War also boasts a strong behind-the-scenes team, with producers Jordan Yale Levine, Jordan Beckerman, Scott Levenson, and Day himself.
