Netflix is set to debut the highly anticipated comedy series The Four Seasons on Thursday, May 1. The show, co-created by Tina Fey, Lang Fisher, and Tracey Wigfield, boasts a talented cast featuring Marco Calvani, Steve Carell, Colman Domingo, Tina Fey, Will Forte, Erika Henningsen, and Kerri Kenney-Silver.
The series follows six long-time friends who head off for a relaxing weekend getaway, only to be confronted with the surprising revelation that one couple is on the brink of breaking up. The three couples—Kate (Fey) and Jack (Forte), Nick (Carell) and Anne (Kenney-Silver), and Danny (Domingo) and Claude (Calvani)—are thrown into turmoil by the news. Over the course of a year, the group embarks on four vacations, during which their relationships are tested, and old tensions surface as they navigate the unexpected challenges.
The Four Seasons draws inspiration from the 1981 feature film of the same name, bringing a fresh comedic twist to a beloved classic.
