Sony Pictures has released the trailer for Broke, a contemporary western from writer-director Carlyle Eubank. The film stars Wyatt Russell, known for his role in Thunderbolts, as True Brandywine, a bareback bronc rider struggling to keep his rodeo career alive.
When True finds himself trapped in an unexpected spring blizzard, he faces a battle against harsh weather, injuries, and illness. As the elements take their toll, True is forced to confront the choices that led him to this precarious moment in his life. His fight for survival becomes a poignant exploration of regret, resilience, and redemption.
Joining Russell in the cast are Mary McDonnell, Tom Skerritt, and Dennis Quaid. With a gripping plot and strong performances, Broke promises to be a heart-stopping journey through the harsh realities of life and the untamed wilderness. The film will be available for digital release on May 6th.
